Key Objectives

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through online chat platforms.
  • Resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via online chat with accuracy and empathy.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Stello Foods' products, promotions, and policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in online chat support, customer service, or related roles.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with chat software and basic computer applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

Qualifications
